How do I cancel / modify my order ?Updated 2 years ago

Did you just place your order and want to make a change or cancel it?

You have until: 

  • 17:00 US Central Standard Time (CST)
  • 23:00 London local time
  • 00:00 Paris local time

on the same day you placed your order to contact us. In doubt, please use midnight Paris time for reference as this is our cut-off time company-wise.

We will not be able to process any change/cancellation requests after that time, as your order will already be with our logistics partners.

Change/cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, and all requests must be confirmed as received by our Customer Experience team to be considered.

Please note that our team may also contact you by email if we believe your address is incomplete. Your order will then be put on hold until we hear back from you. If there's no response after 5 days, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will be refunded directly to your payment method.
