How do I track my order?Updated 2 years ago

At SweetPlaid, we make tracking your order as straightforward as possible.

Once your package has been dispatched, our logistics team will send you an email containing your tracking number.

Simply click on the "Track My Order" button in that email to view the whereabouts of your order at any given time.



What if my tracking number isn't working?

Don't fret if your tracking number doesn't seem to be active right away. It can take between 24 to 72 business hours for the carrier to activate the code. If after 3 to 5 days your tracking number remains inactive, please get in touch with us. Our team will be more than happy to assist you 😁.



What if I haven’t received an email with my tracking details?

If you haven’t received an email with your tracking details yet, first, check the package processing and delivery times on our website. If more than 6 business days have passed without any update, take a look in your spam folder.

If you can't find our email there, contact us and we'll be glad to help.

A reminder: It's the customer's responsibility to track their package using the link provided in the dispatch email. If, at the end of the expected delivery period, you haven't received a notice from the postman, please check with your local post office.
