How can I confirm that my order has been validated?Updated 2 years ago

It's easy! At SweetPlaid, we automatically send an email as soon as your payment is validated.

If you don't receive this confirmation email, it could be that:

  1. It has been redirected to your junk or spam folder.
  2. Your internet service provider is blocking our emails (this often happens with @yahoo.com and @aol.com addresses).
  3. You made a mistake when entering your email address during your order.
  4. If you paid with Apple Pay, your order confirmation is sent to the email linked to your Apple account (often an iCloud address) - be sure to check it :)

We recommend you first check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find the confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact our team who will be happy to help. Please provide us with: your first and last names, your postal code, and the amount of your order if you have it.

Finally, when your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email from us. All you need to do is wait and relax until your package arrives.
