My product is damaged/defective, how can I return it?Updated 2 years ago

In the unlikely event that your item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To replace or refund the item, we will need:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the damage/defects.
  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective item.

Once all the information has been received, our support team will provide you with further instructions.

⚠️ Please note, the way some SweetPlaids are folded in their vacuum packaging can make it appear that the lining is burst. This is usually not the case. If in doubt, take a photo before unpacking. If the product is indeed defective, we will refund you upon presentation of before/after photos.
