Our goal is to get your SweetPlaid order to you as soon as possible. We do our utmost to process your order swiftly.
What does “processing my order” mean?
Processing your order involves printing the shipping label, picking the items for your order from our inventory, and packing your order.
Processing occurs during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Depending on the delivery method you've selected at checkout, processing your order can take between 1 to 4 working days.

Can I amend my order?
For all your orders, you have until midnight (Paris time) on the day of your order to get in touch with us.

Any requests made after this point may not be considered, as your order will already be in preparation. Â Â
Only amendment requests confirmed by our customer service will be acknowledged.
When will my tracking number show updates on my parcel?
Once your parcel is with the courier, they take responsibility for its safe and timely delivery. This is when your shipping times commence and when your tracking info will be updated by the courier as your parcel makes its way to your address.
Public holidays and weekends might influence SweetPlaid's processing times as well as couriers' shipping schedules.
